Employees in the mortgage field must acquire annual continuing education (CE) following their initial 18 hour training. CE training consists of at least: 4 hours applicable federal laws and regulations, 2 hours applicable Virginia laws and regulations, and 1 hour relating to mortgage fraud prevention. This course satisfies these CE requirements. Certificate is provided upon successful completion and is valid for one year. Bring lunch. 1 session @ 8 hrs.
