Classic, easy, and fancy. Prepare a low cost French meal according to the seasons. Winter: soup, boeuf bourguignon, creme caramel. Summer: cold soup, salads, clafouti. Autumn: pumpkin soup, rice pilaf, fricassee of chicken, saut??ed vegetable, creme brulee. Spring: salads, tomato tart, petit gateau. 4 sessions @ 3 hrs each.
