HI03967   The Icing on the Cake

Make a variety of American buttercream icings as well as gourmet icings. Includes instruction on icing a cake, storing icing, and pairing types of cake. Recipes include neo-classic buttercream, eat-it with-a spoon chocolate buttercream, chocolate ganache, royal icing, fondant, Swiss meringue buttercream and more. Bring a dozen cupcakes and your appetite each night. 2 sessions @ 3 hrs each.
