HI06023   Fruit and Vegetable Carving - Beginning

Learn the ancient art of fruit and vegetable carving. Instruction will include how to properly use the carving knife and a step-by-step demonstration on how to carve vegetables to use for flower decorations. Students will then pracatice carving their own pieces. 1 session @ 3 hrs.
